Wondering why I started Momtography? Keep reading…
My dream is to create a photography crash course for busy moms that want a quick and easy path to improve their photography skills, using simple techniques to take their snaps from “meh” to gorgeous, frame-able, and album-worthy shots. No super confusing tech talk about how “shooting manual is the only way to take great photos…” – just a no-nonsense simple methodology to totally transform your photos, following a beginner-friendly course that won’t take ages to complete.
About Momtography
How it All Started
Momtography is more than a course – it’s a community (and a movement, of sorts, really) – focused on making good photography skills accessible to moms all over who just want to beautifully capture memorable family moments with great photos, every time they pick up the camera.
Momtography truly started after searching for hours on end to understand basic concepts, watching countless hours of Youtube videos of overly-complicated tutorials… and realizing that there has to be a better way to learn how to take nice pictures.
And there absolutely is.
Momtography aims to teach moms all over the world how to take beautiful photos, without making the process mind-bendingly complex. Easy, down-to-earth tutorials that teach exactly what you need to know, in a logical order, all neatly packaged into one easy-to-follow course.

Get to Know Me
- Fun Fact #1: My favorite food is pizza (with any kind of pasta coming in at a very close second place)
- Fun Fact #2: I *really* don't like having my picture taken. Since becoming a mom though I've forced myself to be in more photos and not just taking them!
- Fun fact #3: I have a collection of cameras (unsurprisingly...) including vintage 35mm film cameras that I still use today.
- Fun Fact 4: I love building communities, especially the Momtography group, bringing together like-minded women supporting each other in our photography growth journeys.
